4) Subject Access Requests

If you wish to find out what Personal Data we hold about you, you can make a subject access request. • Calvacere will not facilitate the merging of personally      identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information      previously collected from Display Advertising features that is based on      the DoubleClick cookie unless you have robust notice of, and the user’s      prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to, that merger.
• Calvacere use Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise      online.
• Third-party vendors, including Google, show Calvacere ads on sites      across the Internet.

By doing this, we can give you a better experience on our websites, because we can generate aggregated reports on customers' vs. non-customers behavior on our websites and system. You give your consent to this, when you visit one of the defined websites, and/or log in to the Calvacere system. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution organizations in the United States and Delaware in all disputes (a) arising out of, relating to, or concerning this Site and/or these Terms, (b) in which this Site and/or these Terms is an issue or a material fact, or (c) in which this Site and/or these Terms is referenced in a paper filed in a court, tribunal, agency or other dispute resolution organization. Calvacere has endeavored to comply with all legal requirements known to it in creating and maintaining our website and the commercial portal under which you access Calvacere services but makes no representation that materials on these sites are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
